While being a volunteer for The Asian Karaoke Idol Invitational has always been (& will always be) an integral part of our continued success, the Team TAKII Coalition's sponsors & affiliates have proven to be just as vital for our financial & promotional stability. The purchase of a Coalition Sponsorship through the "Team TAKII Coalition Apps" form allows dynamic donors from all backgrounds to select from multiple levels of sponsorship in exchange for priceless expose that only "the world's most extreme Asian culture fusion festival" can provide, 2nd to none. It is through this unique partnership of invaluable resources & talent that our Coalition Sponsorship program continues to thrive...& we want you to become a part of the action!

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED, please make sure you are already beginning to fill out our "Team TAKII Coalition Apps" form (which is where you can sign up to purchase a Coalition Sponsorship to begin with):

Team TAKII's Coalition Sponsorships (good for 1 season of TAKII at a time) currently come in 3 levels: Level 1 ($100), Level 2 ($200), & Level 3 ($300). Each level consists of 6 different components, or "flavors", as outlined below:

Flavor 1/6: Press Releases (issued to dozens of print & online media outlets worldwide & archived on the TAKII site)
Level 1 = company/entity name mentioned in all of our press releases
Level 2 = Level 1 + company/entity URL mentioned in all of our press releases
Level 3 = Level 1 + Level 2 + company/entity quote mentioned in all of our press releases

Flavor 2/6: #1 Contender's Passes (measuring 3 in. x 5in. they are required upon entry to a season of TAKII)
Level 1 = your company logo goes on the flip-side of 25 Passes
Level 2 = your company logo goes on the flip-side of 50 Passes
Level 3 = your company logo goes on the flip-side of 100 Passes

Flavor 3/6: Hardcore Handbook (measuring 8.5 in. x 11 in. it's our ultimate programming guide for the season)
Level 1 = 1/4 pg. (2.125 in. x 2.75 in.) advertisement
Level 2 = 1/2 pg. (4.25 in. x 5.5 in.) advertisement
Level 3 = 1 pg. (8.5 in x 11 in.) advertisement

Flavor 4/6: Hardcore Handbag (filled with goodies & essentials that TAKII attendees have loved for many seasons)
(you will need to ship to us your materials for their inclusion in a Handbag)
Level 1 = promo material included with 25 Handbags
Level 2 = promo material included with 50 Handbags
Level 3 = promo material included with 100 Handbags

Flavor 5/6: Festivities (our slate of original programming keeps the TAKII family comin' back for more)
Level 1 = name recognition for sponsoring 1 festivity of your choice
Level 2 = name recognition for sponsoring 1 festivity category of your choice
Level 3 = name recognition for sponsoring ALL festivity categories for the season

Flavor 6/6: At-Venue Ads (with over 3000 sq.ft. of space at The Rotunda, there's plenty of prime advert space to go around)
(you will need to ship us your materials for them to be hung at TAKII's venue)
Level 1 = 1 small-sized advertisement no bigger than 8.5 in x 11 in.
Level 2 = 1 medium-sized advertisement no bigger than 42.5 in. x 22 in.
Level 3 = 1 large-sized advertisement no bigger than 85 in. x 44 in.

Upon your purchase of a Coalition Sponsorship from having filled out our "Team TAKII Coalition Apps" form, you will be sent a PayPal invoice to the email address you included in the form itself. Payments can be made online via PayPal (which is preferred), or mailed-in via check/money order (ATTN: PDNMZ, RE: TAKII Coalition Sponsorships, 7112 Penarth Ave., Upper Darby, PA 19082). This payment will need to be received no later than 7 days after your "Team TAKII Coalition Apps" form submission, or the last day of pre-regging for that season of TAKII in particular, whichever comes 1st. In the event that payment isn't received, then your Coalition Sponsorship portion of the form will be rejected.

Any & all logos/promo material can be made in black/white or color; we will not charge you more for 1 choice, or the other. We will require, however, that your images are at least 150-300 DPI & are in either PDF, JPEG, or PNG format for best results. So that the words "paid advertisement" don't have to appear all over the place, we ask that any & all of your ads present yourself & TAKII (& our shared principles for taking Asian culture fandom "to the extreme") in the best light possible. All ad material must be received within 7 days after your payment for your Coalition Sponsorship is confirmed as "received", or the last day of pre-regging for that season of TAKII in particular, whichever comes 1st. Any ads that are found to violate any of our guidelines (ie: inappropriate content, bad specs, etc.) & aren't revised by you to meet our standards in an acceptable time frame will not get your Coalition Sponsorship refunded & can be rejected by Team TAKII Coordinators with/without notice.

Our Coalition Sponsorship program is only 1 of many ways that you can get involved with The Asian Karaoke Idol invitational, but it is an avenue that allows for you to have a greater impact on how it is we spread our passion for all that is Asian culture fandom to the world & beyond. Q: Can you mix & match levels of sponsorship between level flavors?
A: At this time, that is not possible. As our program develops, we will make as many options available as possible.

Q: Are there any exceptions to the due dates of either the payments &/or the ad/sponsorship materials?
A: Simple answer: no. Our Team TAKII staffers will work closely with Coalition Sponsorship participants to make sure that their needs are met based upon their level of support, but we have our own deadlines to meet, as well.

Q: How long is my level of Coalition Sponsorship good for?
A: Your level of purchased support is good until the completion of the current TAKII season. After that point, you may sign up for another Coalition Sponsorship for the following season.

Q: Can I purchase more than 1 level of support for myself/my entity in the same season?
A: At this time, that is not possible. We are expecting a healthy response to our Coalition Sponsorship program & we want to give as many different people/organizations a chance to support us in that manor as we can.

Q: Can I transfer my Coalition Sponsorship to someone else?
A: Simple answer: no. The "Team TAKII Coalition Apps" form is tailored specifically to your own personal profile & that of your brand (if applicable).

Q: Are there any refunds for my Coalition Sponsorship at all?
A: Very simple answer: no. This would apply even if you violated any of our Coalition Sponsorship guidelines after payment has been received, or if you simply had a "change of heart" down the line (to name a few examples). Just like you would need to depend on us 100% that we can properly craft a Coalition Sponsorship relationship with you, TAKII needs to be able to count on the funds that you so graciously spent on sponsoring us to make this fusion festival more brilliant with each passing season!
